The contact form

What you fill in on the contact form — your name, email address, optionally your company name and phone number, your choices and your message — is emailed to info@savortech.nl. That happens straight from the website’s own server: no external form or marketing service is involved and no request is stored in a database. The details are used to answer your question and, if this results in an assignment, to carry out the business relationship. Emailing directly is of course also fine.

To prevent abuse of the form, the number of requests coming from the same IP address is counted briefly. That count is not linked to your request and is discarded within an hour.

Retention period

Individual enquiries are not retained for longer than needed to answer and follow up on them. Administrative data relating to an assignment is retained where required by law.

Sharing with others

Personal data is not sold. Data is shared only when required to provide the service or when SavorTech is legally obliged to do so.
