Who builds this

I am Jesse Hoiting. I have been building websites since I was a child, am finishing my master's in Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University, and have worked for eight years at one of the largest telecom companies in the Netherlands, the last two as a data analyst. For my thesis I trained my own AI models and built the website that collected the data for it. At my employer I conceived and built a tool that uses AI to decide which call centre staff need coaching first.
